Suspected narcotics found during traffic stop, man arrested

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – A man was arrested after a traffic stop led to suspected illegal narcotics being discovered.

According to the Butler County Sheriff’s Office, Corporal Collins made a traffic stop in Hanover Twp. He searched the vehicle and then patted down a passenger, a man from Hamilton.

Officials said the man had approximately 38 grams of suspected illegal narcotics.

Emergency teams make rescues in high waters

He is facing a Possession of Drugs (third-degree felony) charge.
