The City of Clarksville has contracted with The Tradesmen Group to replace the roof of the Customs House Museum & Cultural Center, at 200 S. Second St., after it was damaged in a May 2024 hail storm, according to a community announcement.
The Tradesmen Group began working on the roof May 18 with completion expected in early 2027. The project is estimated to cost $2.5 million, with Clarksville receiving $2.3 million from a storm insurance claim, according to the announcement.
