A Hopkinsville man was charged with fleeing from law enforcement after he was seen around a closed business while wearing a mask on Harrison Street in Hopkinsville on Wednesday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say they noticed 19-year-old Cordell Brown, who was around a closed business with a ski mask on, and he fled on foot after giving law enforcement a false name.
