Lynch Sentenced To 10 Years Following 2024 Burglary

Judge Andrew Self had a criminal trial wrap in Hopkinsville Tuesday afternoon, with Cadiz man John Lynch being convicted of first-degree burglary and sentenced to 10 years in prison.

The decision comes nearly two years after a true bill was returned by a Christian County Grand Jury in fall 2024, with charges of first-degree burglary, second-degree assault, first-degree strangulation, unlawful imprisonment, intimidating a participant in a legal process and violation of an EPO/DVO.
