A Hopkinsville man was charged after a foot pursuit on Fort Campbell Boulevard in Hopkinsville on Monday night.
Kentucky State Police say they stopped a car driven by 36-year-old Rashad Pleasant at a gas station on Fort Campbell Boulevard, and he fled on foot but was quickly located hiding in a carport on Ginnie Lane.
