The Clarksville Montgomery County School System has filed its answer to the lawsuit lodged by the parents of Zoe Davis, who was one of two students killed in the school bus crash on March 27 on Highway 70 in Carroll County.
In its response, CMCSS has denied liability, invoked governmental immunity to seek dismissal of most claims, and asked the court to make the Davis family pay their legal fees.
