CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – Site plans have been submitted to the Regional Planning Commission for Autumnwood Farms Retail, a 178,000-square-foot building, convenience store and over 700 parking spaces on the south side of Tiny Town Road.
While there is no indication of what’s going into the retail space based off the site plans, at the Common Design Review Board meeting on Monday the community received confirmation that a big-box retailer will be moving into the building.
The Common Design Review Board heard a requested waiver/variance at the request of CHM Clarksville, which is a subsidiary of CHM Development.
On their website, CHM says they “deliver retail developments to communities across the Southeast.” That message is pictured with Publix locations, as well as Walmart and Kroger. CHM’s current projects include Tennessee cities like Farragut, Gallatin, Spring Hill and Cookeville.
Where is Autumnwood site on Tiny Town?
The Autumnwood site is across Tiny Town Road from the back of Old Towne Village subdivision. It is just west of the under-construction TriStar Clarksville Hospital, with a planned Autumnwood Boulevard between them. A traffic signal is proposed on Tiny Town at the new Autumnwood Boulevard.
The building comes with a total of 725 parking spaces…
