Vehicular homicide suspect Gerasimos Livieratos appeared in Christian County Circuit Court on Wednesday, where he was denied a bond reduction.
On March 7, Livieratos attempted to make a U-turn on Fort Campbell Boulevard, and Bernice Franklin of Clarksville collided with his semi-truck and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Livieratos is charged with vehicular homicide while under the influence of drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a vehicle while under the influence of a substance, possession of marijuana and other traffic-related offenses…
