A Hopkinsville woman was charged with drug possession after a request to check her welfare on North Drive in Hopkinsville on Sunday night.
Hopkinsville Police say they were called to the McDonald’s for 47-year-old Juli Howell, who was sleeping and would not leave the business.
She was arrested after not leaving when asked to, and she showed signs of being under the influence of some kind of substance…
