A traffic stop on East 9th Street led to a low-speed pursuit in Hopkinsville on Tuesday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say they attempted to stop a vehicle driven by 44-year-old Fred Mumford on East 10th Street by Walnut Street, and he failed to stop, continuing at a low speed.
The pursuit reportedly ended on Cates Street with Mumford pulling into a driveway and getting out while not following officers’ commands and reaching into his pocket, leading to him being tased…
