On Friday afternoon, Historic Todd County, Inc. hosted a special ceremony to honor the 39 American Revolution Patriots who once called the county home.
Inside a packed 1835 courthouse on the Elkton Square, community members and descendants gathered to hear from Todd County Historian Gary Violette. During his remarks, a commemorative plaque destined for the courthouse walls was unveiled.
