Attorneys, GOP lawmakers ask for TN lethal injection review ahead of scheduled execution in August

As Tennessee inches closer to another planned death row execution, lawmakers and attorneys are asking for a review of the state’s lethal injection policies.

Anthony Hines is due to be executed by lethal injection on August 13. He’s been on death row since 1986 for a murder out of Cheatham County.
