The Montgomery County Commission has approved a rezoning that could lead to the development of a gas station and convenience store at the intersection of Rossview Road and Kirkwood Road.
The rezoned land sits on the northwest corner of the signalized intersection, across from the entrance to the three-school Kirkwood campus and from Marcelina, a planned mixed-use development.
