A Clarksville man was arrested Friday afternoon after Hopkinsville Police said he was found inside a building on Gilbert Drive during a reported burglary.
According to the arrest citation, officers were called to 300 Gilbert Drive shortly before 4 p.m. after a caller reported seeing someone breaking into the building on surveillance cameras.
