CLARKSVILLE, TN – The Montgomery County Health Foundation, in partnership with Replant Clarksville and the Clarksville Arts and Heritage Council, invites local and regional artists to submit original, two-dimensional designs to be transformed into vinyl wraps for two traffic signal boxes.
The signal boxes are at Crossland Avenue and Pageant Lane and Crossland Avenue and Richardson Street intersections in Clarksville.
Interested artists should submit designs by 5 p.m. Monday, Oct. 12. The artists with the selected design will receive a $300 stipend. The Foundation will pay for transferring the design and installing the wrap…
