RCSO said Greenbrier police officers identified a vehicle around 1:46 p.m. Thursday that had been involved in a shooting in Van Buren County. The driver, identified as 41-year-old Albert Humphries, was wanted on multiple charges, including possession of a weapon, reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon, resisting arrest and felony violation of probation.
