RIDGETOP, TENNESSEE: (Smokey Barn News) – A man wanted on multiple felony warrants was taken into custody without incident Thursday afternoon following a standoff involving Greenbrier Police and the Robertson County Sheriff’s Office.
According to authorities, at approximately 1:46 p.m. on Sept. 24, Greenbrier Police officers identified a vehicle that had previously been involved in a shooting incident in Van Buren County. The driver was actively wanted on several felony warrants and was believed to be armed.
The outstanding warrants included charges of possession of a weapon, reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon, resisting arrest, and felony violation of probation stemming from a child abuse case.
