CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — A new performing arts center could be coming to the heart of downtown Clarksville, but some leaders aren’t convinced the city can handle the financial burden.
On Thursday night, project leaders for the performing arts center came before the Clarksville City Council, asking them to turn over control of the Roxy Performing Arts Center, along with help financing the project.
