Ashland Killebrew of Hopkinsville was charged with second-degree criminal abuse and neglect after she reportedly locked her child outside on Thursday.
According to Hopkinsville Police, Killebrew returned home from a party with her 9-year-old child at around 10 p.m. Thursday night. Killebrew was reportedly intoxicated and locked the door after entering her residence but forgot her child outside.
