The Christian County Sheriff’s Office has shared more details concerning a wreck on Julien Road involving a U.S. Mail Carrier that resulted in possible injuries on Thursday.
According to the sheriff’s office, the wreck occurred while Mail Carrier Connie Mathews of Hopkinsville was traveling east on Julien Road. As she was driving, James Hickey of Hopkinsville was travelling in the opposite direction and attempted to turn left into a driveway while Mathews was approaching.
