A man is accused of killing a pregnant Kentucky woman and cutting the fetus from her womb.
DeMarcus Kenneth Johnson-Wright faces charges of domestic violence murder, robbery, kidnapping and tampering with physical evidence in the death of 41-year-old April Barlow Celio, according to a press release from the Pineville Police Department.
Police said they responded to a home in Pineville, in southeast Kentucky, on Sept. 23 and found Celio dead. The medical examiner’s office determined she was pregnant at the time of her death, but the fetus had been cut out of the womb. Investigators later recovered the fetus…
