CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – The motorcycle rider who crashed on Oct. 8 in a neighborhood off Kraft Street has been identified as Soosan Nandu, 39, an Indian national.
Early that morning, The Clarksville Police Department was called to 861 Parham Drive, where they found a motorcyclist found lying on the ground. Nandu was pronounced dead at the scene.
Clarksville Police investigators have determined the crash happened at about 2 a.m. that morning and no other vehicles were involved, according to CPD Lt. Melissa Spielhagen. The investigation remains ongoing…
