It’s never a dull moment in Christian County, and that’s particularly true for county government, with Christian County Judge-Executive Jerry Gilliam appearing on WHOP Monday to talk about renovation projects and future plans.
Work is just starting to begin on major renovations at the Christian County Regional Animal Shelter, with Judge Gilliam saying they’re excited to update this facility that plays such a large role in animal welfare in the county. He says they’re going to build a new wing that will make a healthier environment for the animals, and make the facility state-of-the-art.
