On Monday, Oct. 19, the Montgomery County Commission approved a rezoning resolution amending regulations for data centers and power plants.
The measure, put forth by the Clarksville-Montgomery County Regional Planning Commission, adds local regulations where none existed before, according to Jeffrey Tyndall, director of the planning commission.
