The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office is giving the all clear following significant law enforcement response to an incident at Rossview High School in Clarksville Wednesday morning.
According to the department, the campus of Rossview is secure, with no active threats against students or staff. Investigation determined that a large fight began between approximately eight students, and during the incident, a School Resource Officer intervened, and his personal emergency alert button was accidentally activated.
That emergency alert resulted in an increased law enforcement response, but all personnel have since returned to their regular duty assignments…
