CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – The Clarksville Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance locating a 16-year-old runaway juvenile, Roman Lyeons. Lyeons was last seen on Jan. 22 at his residence on Dominion Drive. He was wearing a gray Kenwood High sweatshirt and dark gray sweatpants. The 16-year-old is 5-foot-4, weighs around 120 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.
