Police have charged a Hopkinsville man Saturday after his SUV was hit by a train on Skyline Drive in Hopkinsville injuring him and three children on January 16th. Hopkinsville Police say an SUV driven by 66-year-old Jeff Davenport was attempting to cross the railroad tracks heading towards East 9th Street when it was struck by a train.
