A Hopkinsville man and woman were charged with endangering the welfare of a minor after a traffic stop on East 7th Street in Hopkinsville Monday night. Hopkinsville Police say they stopped 43-year-old Kimberly Wyatt for her expired registration plate and during the stop, she was found to have an active emergency protective order against a man in the vehicle 52-year-old Frank Williams.
