A Hopkinsville man was charged after he allegedly took two license plates out of a drop box at the clerk’s office on January 20th. Christian County Sheriff’s deputies say 38-year-old Bishop Howard was seen on camera removing two packages from the Christian County Clerk’s Office drop box on South Main Street.
