A Hopkinsville man is facing a charge of second-degree burglary following investigation into a disturbance on Jan Drive Monday. According to the Hopkinsville police report, officers responded to an active disturbance where 45-year-old Kenneth Thornton of Hopkinsville had allegedly made his way into the residence without the victim’s permission, banging on the doors.
