Offer on the table in Petsch Lane shooting

An offer is on the table in the assault case against Jeffrey Proffitt, as he was allowed more time to consider his options. Jarrod Jackson represents Proffitt-who is facing charges of first-degree assault, two counts of first-degree wanton endangerment and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon-and informed the court Wednesday that they have an offer from the Commonwealth, they just more time to consider it.
