A traffic stop on East 2nd Street in Hopkinsville led to drug charges Saturday morning. Hopkinsville Police say they stopped 26-year-old Timothy Winston for window tint and during the stop, a law enforcement K9 alerted on the vehicle. He was reportedly found to have a suspended license along with opiates.
