A Pembroke woman was charged with fleeing after she reportedly drove off during a traffic stop on Pembroke Road Tuesday night. Christian County Sheriff’s deputies say they stopped 25-year-old Maniya Thompson for speeding near Krusteaz Way and during the stop, she drove off fleeing towards Pembroke before stopping again at the intersection of Clara Drive.
