A Hopkinsville man was charged Thursday morning after he allegedly assaulted the mother of his child while she was holding the child. Hopkinsville Police say 24-year-old Charles Bussell threatened to break the woman’s jaw, punched her in the face, and dragged her by her hair during an argument while she was holding their three-month-old child.
