CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – The Clarksville Police Department is asking the public for their assistance in locating a 13-year-old runaway juvenile, Charlie Williams. Williams was last seen on Feb. 10 at her residence on Grassmire Drive. At the time, she was wearing a pink hoodie, Mickey Mouse pajama pants, glasses and braces.
