ELKTON, Ky. – A man’s caretaker has been arrested after police say she stole items from his apartment following his death. The City of Elkton Police Department says it arrested Maggie Bellamy-Beard, 67, on Wednesday after discovering through an investigation that she had stolen a wallet and other items after finding a male dead in an apartment.
