28-year-old Reba Ann Eakes was observed driving a white Saturn Vue with tags belonging to a Nissan Altima down Greenfield Drive late July 22nd. After noticing this, officers initiated a traffic stop near Daniel Street. When officers spoke with Eakes, she said she did not know the tag was wrong.
