Clarksville injury crash shuts down part of bypass

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — The Clarksville Police Department said that a serious crash has closed all lanes of Highway 41A bypass.

On Thursday night just after 10 p.m., Clarksville police put out a press release stating that crash investigators were responding to an injury crash at 41A bypass at Riverwood Place.

“Residents will most likely not be able to use Riverwood Place for the next two to three hours,” the release reads, in part. “Residents are asked to avoid using Riverwood Place for two to three hours. Investigators are working as fast as possible to process the scene and clear the roadway for vehicle traffic.”

No further details on the crash were immediately released.
