A Cadiz man was arrested on a warrant for assault and strangulation Wednesday night. Hopkinsville Police say 59-year-old John Lynch entered a home in Hopkinsville while his wife was sleeping, electrocuted her twice, assaulted her, sat on top of her, choked her while threatening to kill her, and ripped her clothes.
