Retirement isn’t sitting well with Todd DeArmond. So, after 20-plus years in various leadership roles with the Hopkinsville Police Department, he was sworn into a new position Monday morning at Cadiz City Hall – becoming the third school resource officer under the umbrella of the Cadiz Police Department for Trigg County Schools.
