Hopkinsville Police arrested 43-year-old Selwyn Jackson of Hopkinsville after he reportedly poured lighter fluid on the victim following an altercation on Monday. According to a report from police, officers were dispatched to a residence on Buckner Drive for reports of someone screaming in the roadway. Officers made contact with the person and found them to be covered in lighter fluid.
