$47 million in loans announced for city of Springfield water improvements

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – The city of Springfield is getting millions of dollars in state loans to improve water infrastructure. The loans for the City total $47 million and come from the Clean Water State Fund with one being $37 million and the other $10 million, both going toward a new wastewater treatment plant.
