CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – A cluster development is being considered in Clarksville that would redevelop a portion of a 319-acre property off Tiny Town Road. The Autumnwood Farm subdivision is being proposed for development at the southern border of the 319-acre property and would be made up of 152 residential lots, according to the revised preliminary plat. Lot sizes range from 0.16 acres to 0.44. Portions of the property also are zoned for commercial use, including 13 lots.
