Police investigated the report of a shooting at the mall in Clarksville on Saturday, but quickly confirmed there was no active shooter inside. Law enforcement responded just before 11 a.m. to Governors Square Mall and determined that the shots were fired on the perimeter road outside the mall, according to witnesses.
