CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – The 15th annual Fright on Franklin filled Public Square downtown on Saturday. This year’s event featured more than 70 candy booth vendors and the annual costume contest. Local businesses and organizations competed for the best-decorated booth while handing out candy and other promotional items.
