A Herndon man and a Hopkinsville woman were charged with trafficking drugs after a traffic stop on South Campbell Street in Hopkinsville Saturday morning. Kentucky State Police say they stopped a vehicle driven by 53-year-old Phillip Anthony for his license plate not being legible and the back window of his vehicle missing.
