A woman has died from results of injuries sustained during a house fire on West 16th Street Monday afternoon. The Hopkinsville Fire Department responded to the 500 block of West 16 around 1:30 p.m. for reports of a house fire, according to Captain Payton Rogers, who says crews arrived to find found fire coming from both of the upstairs windows. Bystanders informed firefighters that a woman was still inside.
