A Pembroke woman was injured in a crash on KY 1682 last week. According to the report from the Christian County Sheriff’s Department, a vehicle operated by 46-year-old Heather Huckaby of Pembroke was heading east on Bypass Road near the five-mile-marker. She reported to deputies that a vehicle traveling in the opposing lane swerved into her lane to avoid a group of deer that came into the roadway.
