HOPKINSVILLE, Ky. (WZTV) – A Kentucky felon has been charged after driving while intoxicated and having a rifle and two guns inside his car, according to police. On Wednesday, authorities responded to a report of terroristic threats near Eagle Way Bypass and Prosperity Lane in Hopkinsville. The report stated that a man, who may have been intoxicated, had multiple weapons and was threatening to harm others.
