Todd County Sheriff Tracy White was indicted last month by the Logan County Grand Jury concerning an incident caught on video and shared to YouTube earlier in 2024. In the indictment returned on December 6, 2024, Sheriff White was indicted on charges of harassment and menacing. The indictment stated the incident occurred on May 3, 2024, at the residence of Adam Weatherford. Neither of the charges is a felony, as harassment is a violation and menacing is a class B misdemeanor.
